Project & Estimate Questions
How do I request a quote?
You can call our office, email us, or submit a request through our website. City accounts may also send formal RFP/RFQ invitations.
What information do you need to provide an accurate estimate?
Project location, scope of work, measurements or plans, surface condition, and any timeline requirements.
How soon can you start after approval?
Start dates depend on weather, workload, and material availability. We provide realistic timelines and keep clients updated throughout the project.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We can assist with or fully manage the permitting process for your project. When we handle permits on your behalf, a permitting administrative fee is added to cover the time, coordination, and documentation required by the city or county.
Asphalt & Paving Questions
How long does asphalt paving last?
A properly installed and maintained asphalt surface typically lasts 15–20 years, depending on traffic and weather conditions.
What’s the difference between resurfacing and full replacement?
Resurfacing adds a new asphalt layer over an existing base. Full replacement removes the old pavement and rebuilds the structure. We evaluate your site to recommend the best option.
Do you offer asphalt repairs?
Yes. We provide pothole repair, crack sealing, patching, sealcoating, and full‑depth repairs.
What causes potholes or cracks in asphalt?
Common causes include water intrusion, heavy traffic, aging pavement, and temperature changes.
Concrete Questions
Do you install concrete parking lots, sidewalks, and pads?
Yes. We install and repair concrete parking lots, sidewalks, ADA ramps, curbs, and structural slabs.
How long does concrete take to cure?
Concrete typically cures enough for foot traffic within 24–48 hours and for vehicle traffic within 3–5 days, depending on weather conditions.
Weather & Scheduling Questions
How does weather affect paving or concrete work?
Rain, extreme heat, and freezing temperatures can delay work. We monitor conditions closely and adjust schedules to ensure quality results.
What happens if weather delays my project?
We communicate promptly, reschedule as needed, and work to minimize downtime.
Billing & Administrative Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept checks, ACH, and invoicing for approved accounts. Municipal billing follows city procurement requirements.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes. Warranty terms vary by project type and will be clearly outlined in your proposal or contract.
Can you provide references or past project examples?
Absolutely. We maintain a list of municipal and commercial references and can provide project summaries upon request.
Parking Lot Questions
Do you install new parking lots?
Yes. We handle full parking lot construction including base work, asphalt or concrete installation, striping, and signage.
Do you offer parking lot maintenance?
Yes. We provide sealcoating, restriping, crack repair, and resurfacing to extend the life of your pavement.
